Infinite9 Philippines Company Policies
These policies are established to ensure ethical conduct, legal compliance, and a unified standard of professionalism across all distributors. All members are expected to read, understand, and adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Distributor Agreement
All participants must sign a formal agreement that confirms:
- Independent contractor status (not an employee)
- Full compliance with company policies and the official compensation plan
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in a country where Infinite9 operates legally
- Only one account per person is allowed (unless explicitly permitted by the company)
3. Compensation Plan Rules
- Earnings are based on product sales, not recruitment
- Commission structures must follow company guidelines and legal frameworks (e.g., no pyramid schemes)
- Bonuses are typically based on personal and team sales volumes
4. Sales and Marketing Guidelines
- No false or misleading claims about income or product benefits
- Only use company-approved marketing materials and branding
- Unauthorized use of company names, logos, or trademarks is strictly prohibited
- Selling on unauthorized platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) is not allowed
5. Recruiting Practices
- No cross-recruiting within Infinite9 teams
- No poaching from other MLM companies
- All earnings disclosures must be honest and transparent
- Distributors can be suspended or terminated from the program for breaching policies, engaging in unethical behavior, or failing to meet required sales or recruitment targets.
- Distributors are prohibited or caught from joining or promoting a competitor’s MLM business subject to account deactivation
6. Product Sales Requirements
- Stockist may be required to sell or purchase a minimum amount within a 3-month period to remain active as a Stockist or qualify for commissions
- Buying excessive stock solely to meet commission requirements (KAMADA) is prohibited
7. Conduct and Ethics
- Distributors must act professionally and ethically at all times
- Deceptive tactics such as spam, pressure selling, or misleading advertising are not allowed
- Respect and cooperation between uplines and downlines are expected
8. Termination and Inactivity
- Distributor Accounts may be terminated after 3 months of inactivity
- Violations of company policy may result in suspension or permanent deactivation
- Grounds for termination include misrepresentation, legal violations, or unethical conduct
9. Returns and Refunds
- All customer refunds must comply with Infinite9’s return policy and applicable consumer protection laws
10. International Operations
- Cross-border sponsoring is restricted unless explicitly supported by the company
- Distributors must comply with local laws in their respective countries
11. Online Conduct
- Social media promotions must follow company guidelines
- Launching independent websites or online stores is not allowed without prior written approval
- Domain names and social media handles must be reviewed and approved by the company
12. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than court litigation
- The Compliance Department will investigate all reported policy violations
13. No Credit Policy
- Accounts with unpaid debts exceeding one (1) month may be subject to deactivation for up to two (2) months

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Infinite9 Philippines Company Policies.
Prices and Discount Volume Prices
Subject to Company’s right to increase the price only once per year per the terms and restrictions contained in the Agreement, and Company’s right to decrease the price at any time upon notice, the Products shall be sold by Company to Distributor at the following Prices and Volume Discount Prices. Prices are in peso (Php).
Distributor will be appropriately credited should Distributor make payment related to an order and later determine that it had achieved a greater discount per the above.
